RichLand Logistics Services (“RLS”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. This Policy applies to information we collect via various channels (“Channels”) from time to time, including but not limited to such websites (“Sites”) and applications (“Apps”) as RLS may establish and/or maintain, such as https://richlandlogistics.com and their sub-domains, and the mobile apps.

Retention
We retain personal data for as long as the purpose for which the data was collected exists. Thereafter we will destroy or delete the information or remove the association between you and the data, unless otherwise required by law or accounting or business requirements.
